Article 1er.Le temps d'émission global attribué à des tiers agréés par l'arrêté du Gouvernement flamand du 1er juillet 1992 s'élève à 100 heures pour 1995.

Art. 2.Le temps d'émission fixé à l'article 1er est reparti comme suit :
